What you will have to do:
The conference will have a virtual room that will allow you to share your project or experience with the whole community of teachers, students and researchers of the teaching-learning process of English. The possibility of virtual participation is provided for speakers who, due to distance or other justified reasons, cannot participate in person. Virtual speakers will be able to send their contributions in posters or videos of 5 to 7 minutes. Abstract and paper submissions have the same deadlines as other speakers. All registration fees must be covered inclusive of postal and handling charges for certificates.
In the oral mode for virtual speakers, the presentation of paper and link to the video file is mandatory:
Presentation of the video work:
MPEG or AVI format
Minimum resolution 720p
Maximum duration: 3-5 minutes.
It is not necessary that the authors appear on screen. It can be created by adding videos, photos or slides, but it is essential that at least there is a voiceover with the explanation of the work.
Can be uploaded on Youtube and link can be shared on email.
Posters will have a maximum size of 100 x 70 cm and must be sent in PDF and can be displayed.
